Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our outstanding engineering organization. This TPM leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional programs in support of strategic objectives, with a focus on Security and Identity initiatives including IAM adoption, security program management, and data protection.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in TPgM or engineering management
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years in project and program management
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, including managing complex project schedules and removing roadblocks.
• Identify and operationalize metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive issue resolution across the organization.
• Create and operationalize processes to transform the organization’s effectiveness in meeting business goals.
• Drive effective communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Work with teams to identify top risks and drive decisions to align leadership on risk levels for each project.
• Facilitate productive meetings from small to large groups.
