New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our engineering team. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning cloud, software, and systems development lifecycles, driving delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will focus on security and identity initiatives, deploying customer IAM and compliance programs, while tracking program health and risk across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on a software development team as a TPM or engineering manager.
• 6+ years in project and program management.
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery with complex schedules.
• Define metrics and KPIs to track progress and mitigate issues.
• Create processes to increase organizational effectiveness toward business goals.
• Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Identify top risks and drive leadership decisions on risk levels.
• Facilitate productive meetings from small teams to large groups.
