New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead security and identity initiatives within our engineering organization.

You will drive planning, execution, and delivery of large cross-functional programs, shaping cloud, software, and systems development lifecycles with senior leadership. The role requires strong program management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity across distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on a software development team as a TPM or engineering manager
• 6+ years in project and program management
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, including schedules and roadblocks
• Define and track metrics to measure progress and drive mitigation
• Create processes to improve organizational effectiveness in meeting goals
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
• Identify top risks and balance business needs with technical constraints
• Facilitate productive meetings from small to large groups
