Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our engineering organization. You will lead large cross-functional programs spanning cloud, software, and security lifecycles, with a focus on customer IAM, compliance, and data protection.

You will drive complex projects from ideation through delivery, develop and track KPIs, and coordinate with diverse teams to align leadership on risk and priority decisions. The role supports a flexible, remote-friendly workplace model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development as a TPM or engineering manager
• 6+ years in project and program management
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced, distributed environments

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery with complex schedules and roadblocks
• Define and track metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and mitigate issues
• Create processes to improve organizational effectiveness in meeting goals
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
• Identify top risks and drive leadership decisions on risk levels
• Facilitate productive meetings from small teams to large groups
