Qualifications

8+ years of experience on a software development team as a TPM or engineering manager.
6+ years in project and program management.
6+ years delivering products against plan in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, including managing schedules and roadblocks.
Identify and operationalize metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive risk mitigation.
Create processes to transform organizational effectiveness in meeting business goals.
Drive communication and collaboration across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
Identify top risks and align leadership on risk levels for each project.
Facilitate productive meetings from small groups to large audiences.
