Qualifications

• 8+ years on a software dev team as a TPM or engineering manager.
• 6+ years in project and program management.
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of large cross-functional programs.
• Identify and operationalize metrics to track progress and drive issue resolution.
• Create processes to improve organizational effectiveness in meeting business goals.
• Drive effective communication across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Identify risks and drive decisions on risk levels for each project.
• Facilitate productive meetings from small groups to large audiences.
