New Relic, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large cross-functional programs within our engineering organization. The role focuses on Security and Identity initiatives, driving adoption of customer IAM, and enforcing compliance standards to protect data environments.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience on a software development team as a TPM or engineering manager.
Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related field, or equivalent experience.
6+ years in project and program management.
6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced, distributed environments.

Responsibilities

Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery, managing schedules and removing roadblocks.
Define metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive issue resolution.
Create processes to improve organizational effectiveness toward business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and align priorities.
Identify top risks and drive leadership decisions on risk levels.
Facilitate productive meetings across small and large groups.
