Job summary

New Relic, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the engineering organization.

The role emphasizes cloud, software, and systems development lifecycles and will focus on Security and Identity initiatives, including customer IAM adoption, compliance programs, and vulnerability trend tracking. You will drive programs end-to-end, manage risk, and coordinate large-scale efforts with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a TPM or engineering leader.
• 6+ years in project/program management.
• 6+ years delivering products against plan in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical projects from ideation to delivery with complex schedules and minimal roadblocks.
• Define and track metrics and KPIs; drive issue resolution across teams.
• Create and optimize processes to improve organizational effectiveness in meeting goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Identify top risks and drive decisions on risk levels at the leadership level.
• Run productive meetings ranging from small teams (3-5) to large gatherings (100+).
