Job summary
Pickle Robot Company is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex software engineering programs across our robotics platform. You will coordinate software, robotics, firmware, product, hardware, manufacturing, and deployment teams to deliver aligned milestones in a fast-paced startup environment.
You will work closely with engineering leadership to set priorities, manage risks, and improve predictability in software delivery, while shaping scalable program management practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management supporting software engineering teams.
- Strong technical background, ideally with prior software engineering experience.
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs from conception to deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex software programs across Pickle's robotics platform.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Software, Robotics, Firmware, Product, Hardware, Manufacturing, Deployment teams.
- Partner with engineering leadership to set priorities and drive milestones.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; communicate status to stakeholders.
- Facilitate roadmap reviews, sprint planning, release planning, and program reviews.
- Drive alignment across teams and establish scalable PM practices.
