Job summary

Symbotic, an AI-powered robotic and software platform for warehouse automation, seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive technically complex new product development programs across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and services. You will lead cross-functional teams, align plans, and manage risks to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of large-scale automation deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Program Management position.
• Experience delivering complex automation programs that include both new-product development and customer-site implementation.
• Experience managing construction, facility, infrastructure, or site-readiness dependencies associated with industrial automation deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project plans for initiatives, ensuring sound scope, schedule, and budget.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communicate initiative status to leadership and customers.
• Represent Symbotic to customers as the project lead with clear communication and risk resolution.
• Coordinate integrated planning across engineering development, procurement, site preparation, installation, and commissioning.
• Manage site-readiness, commissioning, acceptance, and operational-handoff for complex deployments.
