Job summary

Serve Robotics is seeking a senior TPM to lead hardware and software integration across mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing and software teams. You will plan upgrades for deployed sidewalk delivery robots and help drive feature delivery across a distributed organization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, identify integration risks, and improve hand-offs between components, robots, software, testing and deployment to scale the fleet effectively.

Qualifications

• Senior TPM experience with hardware/software products or robotics systems.
• Ability to understand technical systems deeply enough to spot integration risk.
• Strong cross-functional communication across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
• Experience building repeatable processes for complex technical delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan and track hardware/software integration programs for delivery robots.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, embedded, systems, manufacturing, software, and operations teams.
• Improve hand-offs for components, robots, software, testing, and deployment.
• Identify roadblocks and process gaps in fleet upgrades and feature development.
