Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish mechanism and cadence to manage a large-scale manufacturing automation program.
• Manage escalations or misalignments when risks to delivering services arise; drive tradeoff decisions with customers and partners.
• Determine whether decisions are one-way or two-way doors; lead discussions to manage expectations, impacts, and risks.
• Translate risks and technical details to leadership for informed decisions on tight deadlines.
• Develop and publish a clear RACI to create transparency and drive ownership.
• Coordinate across internal teams to enable deployment services.
• Exercise technical judgment to influence deployment methodology at program level.
• Understand scalability requirements and advocate for product/engineering feasibility in scaling deployments.
