Job summary

Mytra Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead software programs across bot firmware, fleet orchestration, WMS integration, and ML/CV pipelines at our Brisbane, CA headquarters. You’ll drive end-to-end software delivery for autonomous material flow systems, collaborating with firmware, backend, ML/CV, and robotics engineers to align hardware and software in production.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management or related role.
Experience leading full software development lifecycles and launching complex software systems.
Experience planning sprints, schedules, budgets, and engineering resources for software programs.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain program plans, timelines, and milestones for software deliverables across bot firmware, fleet orchestration, WMS integration, and ML/CV pipelines
Drive agile development and release planning across multiple software teams; establish sprint cadences, manage backlogs, and coordinate cross-team dependencies
Collaborate and communicate with leadership, internal engineering, and external partners to drive execution, retire risks early, and maintain alignment between hardware and software workstreams
Initiate and implement processes to ensure efficient deployment of engineering resources, and establish program management best practices for software delivery
