Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, and Support Operations. You will guide cloud-first architecture, streamline processes, and drive scalable system integrations with strong ownership and clear communication.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in SaaS, proven success leading large programs, and expertise in Salesforce GTM tools and quote-to-cash workflows.

Qualifications

6+ years in a technical program management, engineering operations, or similar role in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent experience.
Proven success leading complex cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams.
Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to balance technical depth and business context.
Hands-on experience implementing or integrating GTM tools within Salesforce.
Experience managing or optimizing quote-to-cash processes including pricing, quoting, billing and order management workflows.
Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration with ability to flag and manage risks.
Roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives with clear requirements, dependencies, and progress communication.
Adept at navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and adapting to dynamic environments.
Trusted for ownership, accountability, and delivery excellence with clear stakeholder alignment.
Excellent communicator with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead large cross-functional programs spanning Business Systems, Engineering, Product, GTM, Finance, Support Operations, Legal and Analytics.
Own program execution: define scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
Translate high-level business goals into documented system and technical requirements enabling scalable solutions.
Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks, negotiate trade-offs, and maintain alignment amid changing priorities.
Partner with teams to improve processes, streamline operations, and drive efficiency across tools and workflows.
Apply technical acumen to assess architecture, data and integration impacts; influence scalable design decisions with engineering.
Foster effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across groups with competing priorities.
