Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
• 5+ years leading SaaS product development programs; understands the SaaS business model and product development lifecycle.
• Deep experience with the software development lifecycle and can apply agile methodologies in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive developer experience programs aligning safety/compliance with productivity gains.
• Partner with Developer Tools, Platform, and Engineering to identify and eliminate friction in the inner/outer development loop.
• Lead programs by aligning on scope and release planning, uniting teams around vision and business goals, and securing cross-functional alignment.
• Drive Steering Committee meetings with key partners to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
