Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Amazon Leo program in the Pacific Northwest. You will drive reliability and safety initiatives across customer terminals, aligning engineering, quality, operations, and product management to ensure robust systems throughout their lifecycle.

You will own end-to-end program delivery, track progress with senior leadership, and establish repeatable processes to raise reliability and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with reliability analysis tools and methodologies.
• EXPORT CONTROL REQUIREMENT: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition and delivery of reliability and safety programs across customer terminals.
• Understand complex system architectures and contribute to reliability considerations in large-scale designs.
• Own written and verbal communication to senior leadership tracking progress across multiple workstreams.
• Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure product integrity standards are met or exceeded.
