Job summary

Amazon Leo's Senior Technical Program Manager will own reliability and safety programs for customer terminals and drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Safety, and Product Management. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, track progress across inter-connected workstreams, and ensure repeatable, robust processes for lifecycle reliability and safety assurance.

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• 7+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with reliability analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver reliability and safety programs across Amazon Leo customer terminals.
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Safety, and Product Management teams.
