You will drive delivery across custom apps and enterprise platforms, partnering with engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to align requirements and manage dependencies.

Balance Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC practices while exploring AI-enabled improvements to productivity and quality. Global teams, including offshore, collaborate across time zones.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering medium to complex software programs.
• Strong communication with software developers and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with enterprise applications in real estate tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to complex software projects.
• Manage programs with custom applications and enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and vendors to define requirements and mitigate dependencies.
• Bridge communication between development teams and real estate business stakeholders.
• Oversee SDLC processes across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve delivery productivity and quality.
• Coordinate globally distributed teams, including offshore groups in India.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
