Job summary

Anthropic, a San Francisco-based AI safety company, is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority safety and security programs across teams and to bring what we build to customers and partners. You will drive roadmaps, coordinate executives and engineers, and maintain risk registers to strengthen Claude deployments.

You will need 10+ years of experience in technical program management, a strong background in agent or infrastructure security, and the ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications

• Led company-wide technical programs with multiple workstreams and executive sponsors.
• Strong background in agent or infrastructure security, ML classifiers and monitoring.
• Experience working with ML research teams and model evaluation.
• Ability to set direction and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the roadmap for safety and security programs across teams.
• Chair leads meetings, design reviews, and executive check-ins.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Communicate progress to executives and customers.
