Job summary

Crane is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the Rating & Pricing platform, co-owning the roadmap across Air, Ocean, and Ground routes and driving automation opportunities. You will coordinate with pricing desks, analytics, and engineering to validate concepts before execution.

The role emphasizes architecture decisions, KPI definition, and cross-team collaboration to deliver measurable pricing improvements. Occasional travel to regional pricing desks may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of TPM/PM experience, with emphasis on pricing tech or freight rating.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the roadmap for Rating & Pricing technology across multiple modes.
• Oversee integrations between rating platform and routing, pricing, and billing systems.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for rollouts and adoption.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with pricing desks, regions, and engineering.
