Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager for Rating & Pricing to co-own the roadmap across Air, Ocean and Ground, driving rate management, dynamic pricing, and quote execution.

You will map current-state workflows, design future-state concepts, and validate feasibility with pricing stakeholders. You will lead cross-functional teams, define operational KPIs, and shepherd change management for pricing tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical program or product management experience with pricing/revenue tech.
• Cross-team leadership across engineering, AI, data science and business operations.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Co-own the roadmap for Rating & Pricing across Air, Ocean, and Ground.
• Oversee architecture decisions for rate object, data stores and integrations.
• Define KPIs and lead structured rollouts with analytics and change management.
• Coordinate with pricing desks, sales leadership and regional teams.
