Airbnb is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead programs for the Host Pricing & Tools team. This remote role partners across Guest and Host platforms to deliver critical pricing capabilities that power the marketplace.

You will own program plans, drive delivery across multiple software projects, and partner with senior leaders to set priorities, manage risk, and ensure measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to adapt with teams on different cadences.
• Strong business judgment with data-driven analyses and ownership.
• Experience as TPM across a cross-functional software org delivering multiple projects.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder influence.
• 11+ years as a TPM or relevant experience.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to execute Initiatives, identify milestones and align stakeholders.
• Think broadly about outcomes while focusing on details.
• Influence the technical direction of projects to meet stakeholder needs, validate ideas via iterative development.
• Define and align on success criteria for short- and long-term goals, assess risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage effective communication channels to keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Showcase the work to senior leaders, clearly communicating trade-offs, risks, and opportunities.
