Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Prime CRM experiments on Amazon's high-traffic surfaces. You will define strategy, metrics, and drive end-to-end execution with science, engineering, and business leaders.

Candidate will bridge business goals with technical delivery across multiple teams and partners. Lead cross-organ initiatives, optimize experiment lifecycles, and ensure measurable member and business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Prime CRM experiments and the cross-org roadmap behind them.
• Define program strategy, set success metrics, and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate dependencies and timelines across CBA, WW Prime, P13N and other partners.
• Remove bottlenecks in the experiment lifecycle and scale Prime CRM across placements.
