Job ID: 10569757 | Amazon.com Services LLC
Prime is one of the most loved memberships in the world, and we're transforming how hundreds of millions of members experience its value across Amazon, powered by next-generation agentic AI and personalization systems. We're seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Prime CRM, turning bold ideas into live experiments on Amazon's highest-traffic surfaces while working alongside talented scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
If you're excited about leading complex, cross-org programs where large-scale personalization meets agentic AI, and you can bridge business strategy with technical execution, we'd love to have you join us.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of Prime CRM experiments and the cross-org roadmap behind them. In this role, you will define program strategy, set success metrics, and drive execution across one of the largest partner ecosystems at Amazon: 8 teams spanning CBA, WW Prime, P13N, and the owners of Homepage, REX, Checkout Thank You, and outbound channels.
You'll work at the intersection of membership strategy, personalization science, and production engineering, partnering with science and engineering teams to integrate Prime signals into CBA's evolving GCCP and P13N primitives and the agentic models built on them. You'll turn business goals into clear technical requirements, manage dependencies and integration timelines across teams, and make sure experiments are designed so their results are measurable and meaningful. As these systems grow more capable, you'll help decide how Prime shows up in them.
In this role, you'll build the mechanisms that let Prime CRM scale. Today, a flagship experiment takes about three months to go from leadership approval through technical alignment, creative and merchandising strategy, to dial-up. You'll remove bottlenecks in that lifecycle, set up repeatable processes for onboarding new placements and partners, and run operating cadences such as roadmap and experiment reviews. You'll also partner with business, product, and technical leaders to align priorities, elevate risks early, and deliver results that create measurable member and business value.
