Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Ability to balance business needs with constraints and risks.

Responsibilities

• Interact with sponsors and multiple development teams to define and deliver cross-functional projects.
• Drive large-scale programs spanning Amazon teams from inception to conclusion.
• Define product vision and strategy; write user stories; research solutions.
• Communicate vision, plans and status to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software teams on architecture, design and priorities.
• Engage with other teams to evangelize projects and leverage existing tech.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and manage escalations.
