Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own high-impact programs in Prime Video's content platform, enabling worldwide access to live events, movies and TV shows across mobile, living-room devices and the web.

You will lead cross-functional teams, evolve architecture for content publishing, and drive implementations with business, product, and technology leaders. This role requires strong leadership, technical depth, and clear communication to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Manage important technology programs with broad cross-organizational and/or cross-business impact. You define requirements, negotiate priorities, and deliver the right solutions and mechanisms.
• Resolve significantly complex problems and provide long-term solutions that are as simple as possible.
• Improve architectural quality, reduce bottlenecks.
• Operate with autonomy, showing high judgment in decisions that have technical and business implications.
• Identify and tackle intrinsically hard problems (highly complex, ambiguous, with significant impact).
• Able to represent complex decisions, trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to leaders.
• Adept at building consensus and aligning teams toward coherent technology strategies.
• Champion and prioritize new product requirements and features for development.
• Identify short and long-term product opportunities, provide actionable recommendations and influence stakeholders to implement durable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for our customers and validate new integration launches.
