Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the PQC migration program across the company. You will synthesize business and technical needs, partner with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance, and Legal to ensure Q-Day readiness by end of 2028.

You will drive governance, risk, and dashboards, build cross-org working groups, and mentor TPMs while delivering secure, scalable cryptographic solutions for the payments ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise tech environments.
• Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals (asymmetric/symmetric ciphers, hashing, digital signatures).
• Prior exposure to PQC, cryptographic migrations, or security/compliance-driven programs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PQC program end-to-end from asset inventory through migration execution.
• Stand up cross-org PQC working group with owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.
• Align with vendors and partners on PQC roadmaps and address gaps.
• Reduce risk by identifying bottlenecks and making data-driven decisions for customers.
• Communicate program status and maintain exec dashboards.
