Job summary

Ripple is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead its Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration program. This highly technical role requires synthesizing business and technical requirements to ensure security needs are met ahead of Q-Day.

You will collaborate with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance, and Legal to drive a company-wide cryptographic migration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise tech environments.
• Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals (asymmetric/symmetric ciphers, hashing, digital signatures).
• Prior exposure to PQC, cryptographic migrations, or security/compliance programs is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PQC program execution with a Q-Day readiness target by end of 2028.
• Stand up and own a cross-org PQC working group across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
