Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead its Post-Quantum Cryptography migration program, coordinating with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance and Legal to ensure a company-wide cryptographic upgrade by the end of 2028.

You will drive end-to-end execution, establish a cross-org PQC working group, align roadmaps with vendors, minimize bottlenecks with data-driven decisions, report to engineering leadership, mentor other TPMs, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management in enterprise tech teams.
• Strong cryptographic fundamentals and ability to synthesize tradeoffs.
• Experience with PQC, migrations, or security programs is a plus.
• Data-driven, with ability to analyze trends and health of projects.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and influence in a matrixed org.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems.
• Experience architecting scalable systems.
