Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager for Information Security to lead the Post-Quantum Cryptography migration program. You will align with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance and Legal to drive cryptographic migration across ciphers, hashing, and signatures.

You will push for Q-Day readiness by end of 2028 and partner with vendors on PQC roadmaps. You will drive program execution, create dashboards, and influence security-focused

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in enterprise tech environments.
• Solid understanding of cryptographic fundamentals (asymmetric/symmetric ciphers, hashing, digital signatures).
• Experience with PQC, cryptographic migrations, or security/compliance-driven programs is a strong plus.
• Ability to use data and analytics to monitor health of projects and systems.
• Coordinate multi-functional teams, build consensus, and execute across a matrixed org.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, and proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience crafting or architecting design patterns, reliability and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PQC program execution, from inventory to migration by end of 2028.
• Stand up a cross-org PQC working group with owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.
• Align with vendors/partners on PQC roadmaps and address gaps.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions for customers.
• Communicate status, risk, and progress to engineering leadership and executives; maintain dashboard.
• Be a role model and inspiring leader for other TPMs.
• Create technical frameworks for engineering decision-making.
• Influence Operational Excellence processes org-wide.
• Coordinate with program/product/engineering managers to align priorities.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across teams.
• Build migration-progress, risk-register and readiness dashboards.
