Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead the Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration program. You will synthesize business and technical requirements to meet Ripple's security needs ahead of Q-Day and work with InfoSec, XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, Compliance, and Legal.

You will drive end-to-end execution, build dashboards, and mentor TPMs while shaping cryptographic frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience across enterprise tech environments.
• Strong cryptographic fundamentals to synthesize tradeoffs with engineering and InfoSec.
• Experience with PQC, cryptographic migrations, or security programs is a plus.
• Data analytics to monitor trends and project health.
• Coordinate across teams, influence without authority in a matrixed environment.
• Experience crafting or architecting scalable systems; design patterns.
• Experience in Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, or Blockchain ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end PQC program execution toward a Q-Day readiness by end of 2028.
• Lead a cross-org PQC working group with owners across XRPL Core, Payments, Custody, Stablecoin, Platform, and InfoSec.
• Align PQC roadmaps with vendors and partners; identify and escalate gaps.
• Use data-driven decisions to reduce risk and bottlenecks for customers.
• Communicate status and progress to engineering leadership and executives.
• Mentor TPMs and create reusable technical frameworks for decision-making.
• Coordinate testing and release dependencies across multiple teams.
