Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large org.
• Proven track record of guiding large migrations and change initiatives to successful delivery.
• Strong experience with stakeholder management and translating requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering and product to define requirements, metrics/OKRs, and roadmaps.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingencies.
• Collaborate with teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Use analytics to assess performance and optimize outcomes.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting.
