Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide complex technology programs within Corporate Sector - Infrastructure Platforms. You will drive delivery, manage budgets, and lead high-performing teams while aligning technology initiatives with business goals across the firm.

You will apply advanced analytical reasoning, AI-enabled planning, and strong stakeholder engagement to navigate ambiguity and deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and deliverables in agile environments.
• Experience in infrastructure or network-focused programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with clear timelines and resource allocations.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and executive updates with proper data handling.
• Identify and mitigate risks and maintain momentum with contingency plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Use data-driven analysis to monitor program performance and drive improvements.
• Champion agile delivery and continuous improvement within the team.
• Promote AI-assisted governance and reporting with human oversight.
