Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technical programs and complex technology projects.
• Proven track record delivering large application migrations from inception to value realization.
• Strong observability domain knowledge and ability to translate engineering dependencies into solutions.
• Advanced stakeholder management and the ability to influence decisions across teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Partner with engineering, product, and architecture to define requirements, OKRs, and roadmaps.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive updates with data sensitivity in mind.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, architecture, cybersecurity, and operations.
• Identify, mitigate, and contingency-plan risks to maintain momentum and delivery.
• Clarify program scope and objectives with stakeholders to align with business goals.
• Assess program performance with data-driven insights and continuous improvement.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for governance and reporting with human review.
