Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA seeks a Senior TPM for Data Center to partner with Engineering leaders, drive execution across multiple teams, and manage program milestones. You will collect progress data, create timelines, and communicate status to executives, ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical program leadership, strong knowledge of SW and DC HW, agile practices, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.
• Familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination.
• Proficiency with project planning tools and tracking progress on complex timelines.
• Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile/SCRUM, and release cycles.
• Familiarity with data center operations, compute, networking and storage infrastructure at scale.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with structure and drive program execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution across multiple engineering teams and TPMs.
• Coordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.
• Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussions.
• Create and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependencies.
• Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Drive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.
