Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing to bridge Product Development and Global Manufacturing Operations. You will own manufacturing process development, deploy custom automation and tooling, and ensure on-time delivery for aggressive product launches.

This is a US Hybrid (3 days/week) role based in San Francisco, CA. You will lead manufacturing program forums, coordinate schedules with operations and engineering, and drive end-to-end equipment development from RFQ to

Qualifications

7+ years of technical project management in high-volume manufacturing (consumer electronics preferred).
Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical engineering and NPI process.
Ability to translate complex constraints into actionable plans and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Act as SPOC for Manufacturing Engineering in PD program forums.
Coordinate equipment schedules with master product schedule and cross-functional teams.
Develop Plan of Record (POR) with qualification plans and specs.
Drive end-to-end development of manufacturing equipment from RFQ to FAT/SAT.
Identify technical risks early and manage design-change dependencies.
Manage changes impacting manufacturing and deployment planning.
Oversee installation and ramp of lines at global sites with yield/cycle-time targets.
Track CAPEX/OPEX budgets and allocate resources to priority programs.
