Job summary

ŌURA is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Program Manager to lead a team driving hardware programs from NPI through mass production in a US Hybrid role based in San Francisco.

You will mentor Operations Program Managers, optimize yield/quality/cost, and manage multi-million dollar capital expenditures while maintaining executive-level relationships with Contract Manufacturers across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hardware operations and program management.
• Experience leading teams for 3+ years in hardware environments.
• Full lifecycle mastery from NPI through sustaining and mass production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Operations Program Managers across NPI and sustaining programs.
• Drive supply chain readiness for new product launches and sustaining programs.
• Oversee global factory operations and executive relationships with CM partners.
• Lead NPI execution from concept through PRQ with Engineering and Product Management.
• Own budget oversight for NPI and sustaining programs, incl. Opex/Capex.
