Job summary

Fortell seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing to drive programs with internal and external manufacturing partners. You will coordinate line updates, NPI activities, quality escalations, and cross-functional projects across engineering, supply chain and quality, reporting to the SVP of Technical Programs.

This role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong multi-stream leadership, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in technical program management, supplier management, or product management.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organizational rigor.
• Broad technical knowledge and quick learning across disciplines.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Clear, proactive communication and accountability.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary programs interface with assemblers, suppliers and component vendors.
• Coordinate prototype builds, first article inspections and recovery plans.
• Support internal manufacturing planning and coordinate process changes with stakeholders.
• Drive supplier quality escalations end-to-end and track corrective actions.
• Support supplier qualification and audits for new suppliers and processes.
• Own meeting cadence and drive follow-through across teams.
• Coordinate verification and validation testing with internal and external labs.
