Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr Product TPM for the Infrastructure Service Manufacturing Operations to lead cross-functional teams in delivering AWS roadmap and manufacturing readiness for new product releases across global locations.

You will collaborate with R&D, ODM and suppliers to drive capability, capacity and risk strategies, ensuring readiness for production ramp and cost optimization while upholding safety and security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
5+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
5+ years of hardware product development and NPI experience at global manufacturing scale.
Experience with server/network/storage product test development and implementation.
Experience managing manufacturing engineering, quality, supply chain enablement, operation process improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional team to deliver AWS roadmap and achieve manufacturing operation readiness for new product releases across global locations.
Drive manufacturing capability and capacity enablement strategy for new product development from concept phase.
Manage deployment risk with R&D and ODM teams; ensure planning for automation, assembly and test readiness for NPI.
Drive DFx to optimize manufacturability, quality, serviceability and cost.
Define integration strategy for cost-effective and reliable supply chain setup.
