Qualifications

• Alternatively, 8 years’ experience in engineering, engineering program management, technical program management, product management, or related area.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale technical programs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and resource allocation.
• Define program goals, gates, and critical paths.
• Ensure sound technical practices across engineering solutions.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues to maintain momentum.
• Mentor team members and promote automation to improve efficiency.
