Qualifications

7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
5+ years in technical product or program management.
5+ years coordinating software engineering programs.
3+ years of software development experience.
Experience managing cross-functional programs and release schedules.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional technical programs from conception through delivery.
Define and drive program strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics.
Coordinate dependencies and unblock delivery across multiple engineering teams.
Identify and elevate risks to drive timely resolution.
Review and influence technical designs and architecture decisions.
