You will own the portfolio, set roadmaps and operating rhythms, mentor PMs, manage risks, and communicate trade-offs to executives. 6-8+ years in tech program mgmt with cyber security or IT program experience required.

The Technical Program Management team is the connective tissue that turns Playlist's cyber security and IT strategy into coordinated, predictable delivery, driving the cross-functional programs that reduce risk and move the organization forward. The ideal TPM team members are experienced program leaders with strong technical acumen and a working fluency in cyber security principles, risk and vulnerability management, who are passionate about bringing structure to ambiguity, aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Security, and the business, and executing complex, high-impact initiatives that deliver measurable, business-aligned outcomes across our vertical SaaS ecosystem.

The goal of Company's compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees, and encourage Team Members to stay with our organization. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary range for this position in the United States is $131,000 to $175,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include a performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
