Job summary

SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise technology programs from planning through production in Irving, TX. The role requires a strong background in Agile delivery, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of TPM experience, holds an active PMP certification, and can navigate security, compliance, and regulatory requirements while driving on-time delivery with clear executive-level

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Active PMP Certification required.
• Experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs.
• Agile / Scrum / SAFe experience.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.
• Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.
• Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.
• Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
• Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
