Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead complex, strategic initiatives across multiple engineering teams and organizations. You will translate business and technical goals into clear execution plans, bringing structure to ambiguity and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

You will mentor TPMs and partners, improve governance, and influence senior leaders to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale.

Qualifications

• At least eight years of relevant technical program or project management experience.
• Strong understanding of software systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, and engineering practices.
• End-to-end program leadership across multiple teams or organizations.
• Independent judgment in ambiguous environments with non predefined paths.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders and drive decisions without direct authority.
• Experience designing or improving program governance, planning cadences, metrics, operating models.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical programs spanning multiple teams and geographies with end-to-end delivery.
• Develop integrated program plans connecting requirements, architecture, milestones, and risks.
• Understand system architecture to anticipate cross-system impacts and improve planning.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders, architects, and product partners to translate objectives into execution strategies.
• Manage dependencies and risks, surfacing tradeoffs early and driving decisions.
• Provide program visibility with health metrics and executive-level progress updates.
