Job summary

Renesas seeks an experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to own AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power package NPI programs from development to production ramp. You will partner with Package Engineering leadership and global OSATs to ensure schedules, quality, reliability, and readiness while driving cross-functional execution across design, marketing, reliability, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering; Materials Science; Physics; Chemistry or a related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor engineering, product development, applications, package development, NPI, manufacturing, technical program management, or a closely related field, including experience leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex semiconductor NPI programs involving package development, assembly, qualification, reliability, and manufacturing ramp.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product development process, package and assembly processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of strategic AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power package engineering and NPI programs from development through production ramp.
• Lead TPM execution and coordinate with OSATs to deliver schedules, quality, reliability and readiness.
• Establish end-to-end NPI plans, milestones, critical paths and resource alignment.
• Drive a disciplined PM operating model covering development, qualification, production readiness, ramp and transition to volume manufacturing.
• Identify risks early and lead cross-functional task forces with OSAT/CM partners to mitigate issues.
