Renesas is seeking a Senior Staff, Technical Program Management for the Power Package NPI. You will own execution of AI/datacenter power package NPI programs, collaborating with global OSATs and internal teams to deliver on time with quality and reliability.

You will lead end-to-end plans, establish an operating model for development through ramp, and drive cross-functional task forces to resolve risks, ensuring production readiness and schedule adherence across distributed sites.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline with strong foundation in engineering and materials.
• 12+ years in semiconductor engineering, product development, or technical program management leading cross-functional programs.
• Experience managing complex NPI programs involving package development, assembly, qualification, reliability, and ramp.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor product development processes and related manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with power management products and relevant packaging technologies.
• Proven ability to work with OSATs/CMs and distributed teams across regions.
• Track record of leading cross-functional task forces and resolving quality, reliability, yield, and schedule issues.
• Skills in qualification, reliability methods, risk management, and structured problem solving.

Mansioni

• Lead TPM execution for AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power NPI and package engineering programs.
• Provide program-level governance and ensure clear ownership across teams.
• Establish end-to-end NPI plans, milestones, and resource alignment for on-time delivery.
• Develop a disciplined operating model covering development, qualification, ramp, and volume production.
• Improve processes, templates, metrics, escalation, and lessons learned across OSAT locations.
• Identify and mitigate technical, quality, reliability, supply, and schedule risks.
• Escalate issues with clear recommendations and drive recovery actions.
• Lead cross-functional task forces with internal teams and external partners on critical issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis and closure of corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Power product groups, Design, Reliability, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Establish dashboards for milestone tracking, risks, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with OSAT/CM partners through reviews and milestone tracking.
• Ensure EBRs are executed on schedule at each OSAT and drive recovery actions.
• Align OSAT activities with NPI objectives and ramp readiness.
