Job summary

Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power NPI and package engineering programs from development through production ramp.

You will collaborate with TPMs and OSAT partners to meet schedules, quality, and reliability objectives. You will lead cross-functional task forces, manage risks, and drive end-to-end program plans, alignment across design, reliability, operations, and supply chain, and ensure readiness for production

Qualifications

Lead complex semiconductor NPI programs spanning development to production ramp.
Experience coordinating with OSATs/CMs and cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of qualification, reliability, and process development.

Responsibilities

Own execution of AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power NPI and package engineering programs.
Escalate risks early and lead cross-functional technical task forces.
Develop end-to-end program plans with milestones and critical paths.
Drive readiness reviews, ramp monitoring, and transition to volume manufacturing.
