Job summary

Renesas is seeking a Senior Staff Project/Program Design to drive NPI product releases for data center, AI, and edge markets. You will partner with Design, Marketing, Systems, Validation, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless execution and ramp readiness.

This role provides exposure to product lifecycle management, formal Gate reviews, and strategic forecasting. You will lead across wafer fabrication, assembly, test operations, and logistics to deliver high-quality, on-time products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering; PhD preferred; 12+ years in semiconductor industry.
• 6+ years as an NPI Program Manager; experience with Module, Controller and Smart Power Stages programs preferred.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flows including development, production processes, package architectures, and diverse package types.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and partnership skills across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and OSAT partners.
• Highly analytical with strong organizational, problem-solving, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of NPI product releases.
• Manage end-to-end program planning from concept through market launch.
• Ensure budget alignment and process discipline across programs.
• Coordinate capacity expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites.
• Provide structured program updates to leadership on status, risks, and actions.
