Job summary
Renesas Electronics seeks a Senior Staff, Technical Program Management to own AI/Datacenter Power NPI and package engineering programs from development to production ramp. You will lead cross-functional teams with OSATs to ensure schedules, quality, and reliability commitments are met, escalating risks early and driving recovery actions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline.
- 12+ years in semiconductor engineering, product development, or technical program management.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional NPI programs with OSAT/CM partners.
- Strong understanding of qualification, reliability, and process development.
Responsibilities
- Lead TPM execution for AI/Datacenter Power NPI and package engineering programs.
- Partner with engineering directors and leads, ensuring governance and accountability.
- Establish end-to-end NPI plans, milestones, and resource alignment.
- Drive a disciplined PM operating model across development to ramp.
- Identify risks early and drive cross-functional task forces to resolution.
- Provide concise, fact-based program health updates to leadership.
