Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own AI/Datacenter Infrastructure Power NPI programs from development through production ramp.

You will partner with Package Engineering leadership and OSAT/CM partners to deliver on schedules, quality, and reliability, while driving risk mitigation and cross-functional governance. This role requires leadership across globally dispersed teams and travel 10–20%.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of semiconductor engineering, product development, or related cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex semiconductor NPI programs including package development, assembly, qualification, reliability, and ramp.
• Strong understanding of qualification, reliability, risk management, and statistical methods (SPC).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 10–20%.

Aufgaben

• Lead Technical Program Management execution for AI/Datacenter Power NPI and package engineering programs.
• Partner with Package Engineering leaders, providing program-level execution governance and accountability.
• Establish end-to-end NPI program plans, milestones, and resource alignment to meet schedules.
• Develop a disciplined program management operating model across development, qualification, production readiness, and ramp.
• Improve processes, templates, metrics, escalation mechanisms, and standard execution practices.
• Identify technical, quality, reliability, supply, and schedule risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Escalate critical issues with clear recommendations and decision points.
• Lead cross-functional task forces with OSAT/CMs and customers on issues affecting quality, reliability, yield, or schedule.
• Drive root-cause analysis and close corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Power product groups, Product Engineering, Reliability, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain to remove obstacles.
• Establish dashboards providing transparent milestones, risks, issues, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with OSAT/CM partners through reviews and milestone tracking.
• Ensure EBRs are executed on schedule at each OSAT and drive recovery actions.
• Align OSAT/CM development activities with NPI objectives and ramp readiness.
• Build strong relationships with OSAT/CM leadership to improve responsiveness and accountability.
• Ensure smooth transition from development to production via readiness reviews and ramp monitoring.
• Provide concise, fact-based updates to leadership on program health, risks, and decisions.
